So much for sleeping tonight.
The Sensabaugh Tunnel has a horrifying history behind it.
Legend tells of a Mr. Sensabaugh, who built the tunnel and lived near it with his wife and baby girl.
On one fateful night, Mr. Sensabaugh snapped, killing his family and disposing of their bodies in the river running through the tunnel.
Sensabaugh reportedly visited the tunnel every day to repent for what he did...until he died in the 1950s. It is now believed that his ghost haunts the tunnel.
Brave visitors have experienced their car breaking down inside the tunnel, as well as Mr. Sensabaugh's ghostly appearance in mirrors.
It is also claimed that the scream of a woman- Sensabaugh's wife- can be heard in the tunnel at night.
